I won some money without bonus on winshark about seven days ago. My withdrawals is still on pending and when I try to ask finance team they allways send me back like that:

I don't know what is wrong there. Ppl can deposit there with crypto etc. but when you win something, they won't pay you back.
I have done verification succesfully and haven't played with bonus, so there shouldn't be any" investigation" of that.
