vinewin34 Posted September 2 Share Posted September 2 logging in turned out to be more of a hassle than I expected, even though I was excited to try out some free slots with cool new features. once I got in, the games from NetEnt were fun, but that login struggle made me question how smooth the experience would be. at least the withdrawal process with iDeal went well, but the initial difficulties definitely took away from the overall enjoyment. Stefan5293 Posted September 10 Share Posted September 10 support was actually super helpful compared to other casinos I’ve tried (so that’s a win). but while they solved issues fast, the live dealer games had problems that made them frustrating. trying to enjoy The Mummy: Books of Amun Ra was fun, but switching to live dealer felt like stepping back in time to slow, clunky experiences. 31Bet Casino support did a good job fixing small issues, but they need to improve the overall live game experience. i was glad to use Maestro for quick withdrawals, but I hope they fix the live dealer issues soon.
