A few times I made a mistake when claiming a bonus and didn't receive it, but through Aspa I got it sorted out. Withdrawals came within 24h of withdrawal requests. I would miss a little more deposit bonuses. The casino's own franks coin a bit still unknown but cleared up as you play more. Was to my liking and worked very well on my phone I actually made a 50e raw deposit which didn't pay out so I don't know how fast the withdrawal is but 4/5 take over this casino!
