Never saw the money again. The customer service was ABSOLUTELY terrible. i couldn't get a straight answer from them, and still cant! I hope this information helps with future customers because this website is a complete scam. Delivering false hope and making money disappear without information to why. The rewards program is great, though, and definitely worth checking out. Payout times with Neteller were pretty fast, which was nice. They also offer Microgaming games, which are some of my favorites. Overall, National Casino is decent, but there are a few things to improve.
