They advertise a nonsticky bonus, but the bonus is not a normal nonsticky but just a regular bonus where the full amount of the bonus as well as the deposited money has to be wagered. So if you get a big napsukainen in the so-called raw part, you have to wrap the wagering completely before you can withdraw the money. If you cancel the bonus, you lose all your winnings except the deposited amount, even if the winnings have come from the so-called Raw section. I negotiated with Aspa for about 30min and the service was very slow. I also asked for the rules of the nonsticky bonus because I couldn't find them anywhere. The only answer I got was that you can ask them via chat? The customer service person was, in my opinion, totally "checked out" on these general casino things and I found him even more rude. I felt somehow screwed. The good thing was the wide range of games. However, I put a permabanner on this casino so that I would not accidentally deposit here again.
