Not so great. I tried to reach out multiple times, and it was always slow responses or none at all (ugh). Casino X payout process was decent, and I didn’t have to worry too much about the conditions, but the customer service made it way more frustrating than it needed to be. Blueprint Gaming titles were fun, though, so that’s a plus. In the end, if you’re patient enough with the support team, it’s not too bad, but it could be much better. Getting through the requirements on Mega Moolah felt like a grind, and withdrawals with CoinsPaid were slower than I thought they'd be. Casino X withdrawals could definitely use some work to match the bonus hype, because the current setup doesn’t feel as rewarding as it should.
