i was really looking forward to cashing out, but the payout process at Neon54 dragged on much longer than expected. even though the customer support team was super helpful, the lack of transparency around the payout system was frustrating. using Visa for withdrawals added to the delays, and it felt like there was always one more step to complete. if they could just be clearer about the process, it would save a lot of headaches. -

it started off so promising—tons of deals and bonuses left and right. but nothing ruins the experience faster than frequent disconnections. trying to enjoy a game only to be booted every few minutes gets old fast. then came the kicker with Just Casino not paying out as expected. if they could fix those issues, the deals would actually be worth something. until then, patience is a must if you're going to give it a shot.
