grumpycatgold
I've seen many talk about sticky and non sticky bonuses, but what is the difference, and how do I know which one it is?
philosoraptorquest
Basically, non sticky bonus gives you the chance to first play with your initial deposit that has 0 wager. If you hit big instantly, you then have the possibility of canceling your bonus. Consequently, you will not get the bonus amount when you cash out. So it's like a safety net in case you win big early on. Sounds useful. But how do I know if a bonus is non-sticky before I take it?
aintnobodygotspins
Usually, the terms and conditions will spell it out. Non-sticky bonuses might also be called "parachute bonuses" or "second chance bonuses." If in doubt, ask support. They should clarify.
conspiracykeanureels
Non sticky all the way, so much better. I'd recommend checking out Casino Joy and LeoVegas. Both are pretty upfront about their bonuses. Casino Joy especially has some generous non-sticky offers.
mockingspongebob
non-sticky bonuses have saved me a couple of times. The only thing that I hate is that every time you switch to the bonus balance you hit big. Feels like it never comes with the raw money.
sadbearspin
Bet365 has some solid options too. They don't advertise non-sticky bonuses as much, but their support confirmed it for me. Best to chat with them directly.
iamdisappointslot
So if I have nonsticky I don't have to think about the wager at all?
borkjackpot
No, You need to think about the wager once you have played your initial deposit. So the balance kinda switched if it makes sense. 12 minutes ago, iamdisappointslot said: So if I have nonsticky I don't have to think about the wager at all? Mr-Gamble Kirmo
Say you're looking at a bonus offer of 100% after placing a minimum deposit of $10. The site will then give you an extra $10 in bonus credits. But, to unlock them, you first need to do some wagering, meaning you'll need to place enough bets so the value matches the requirements the casino has put up. Google said it the best way 🙂
TreasureTracks902
Good advice. This thread has been really helpful. Anyone have any horror stories about bonuses gone wrong? Edited June 25 by TreasureTracks902
hanselretro
Oh man, where do I start? Once had a bonus with crazy high wagering requirements and couldn't withdraw my winnings for weeks. Lesson learned: read everything carefully!
gretelmod
Same here. Had one where I thought I hit big, but turns out the game I played didn’t count towards the wagering requirements. Felt like such a noob. Now I always double-check.
