Well, since in poker there is a huge skill cap, you can't really say it is easier 😄  you need to learn it first and also you need to learn it better than your competitors. I'd say there is more potential on poker when it comes to winning money but slots are definitely easier to play.

But in slots the casino has such a huge advantage over you that there is no point playing them? I've always been more into card games, at least I can choose something on my own and not just click one button. Slots are not easier; they are dumber 😝
