Selfie for the casino???

I was playing on primebetz and managed to fight through the wager requirements. It was a long battle, but I got left with 300€. They started asking for documents, which I had ready since its not the first time I've had to deliver them but here comes the weird part. After that, they asked me to send a selfie to them? Like why would you need to see my face to give me my money? Anyway, I did send them a selfie, which they declined, and now my second photo is waiting for approval. Has this happened to anyone, is it a normal thing?

Yeah, done that a few times, its not the most uncommon thing but not all casinos ask for it. It's just a very secure way of proving that you are actually you. Cant really "scam" the casino with identity if you hold ID and take a photo you in it 😄. It does tho feel very silly. How long have you been fighting with them?

Feels like sometimes they are just asking for the most ridiculous things to stall the payment but I have never needed to send any selfies. I do prefer pay n play casinos so rarely any documents are needed. Mobilebet and ninja casino are my two favourites.

Selfie for casino is a normal part of KYC in certain places.

What? Never heard of this before how can I now if a casino wants a selfie or not? I'm gonna avoid all those places.

I've sent multiple selfies and never had a problem with them, don't worry about it brother
