Im from the uk, and noticed on the sign up offers it states it’s a uk site. i deposited and won €700. i got verified and tried to withdraw, but they said its against the t&c to sign up, so have closed my account and won’t give me my withdrawal. can anyone help or have went through similar issues? We cant affect the t&c decisions on the casinos side but I'd recommend you sending them email to try and get this problem solved. Remember to check that you are looking for uk bonuses from the top right corner, I'll add a picture here! Has there been any follow up since tuesday?
