RocketRanunculus24 Posted August 26 Share Posted August 26 when i first logged in, everything seemed pretty smooth, but then i noticed my withdrawal got locked, which was confusing. i had heard great things about the win rates here, especially with games from eurasian gaming, but the inconsistent customer service hours made getting help a bit of a pain. it’s like, one minute you’re winning, and the next you’re waiting around for support that isn’t available when you need it. all in all, it’s a mixed bag, where the wins are great, but the service can really drag you down. As I began playing, I found the live dealers to be unexpectedly fun and engaging. But then, when it came time to deal with the bonus funds, the experience started to unravel. Playson’s games were a highlight, but the lack of effective problem gambling support left me feeling a bit abandoned. Golden Era was a fun game to play, but that whole account issue really threw me off. once the problem was sorted, it was back to normal, but it left me questioning how reliable the site really is. I used Bitcoin Cash, but it didn’t speed things up as much as I’d hoped. solid games, but those withdrawal times definitely need improvement.
