The only minus that comes to mind is the KYC questionnaire after every 30k wagered, which means you have to resubmit your documents to continue playing. Everything always worked flawlessly, withdrawals always came within minutes to the account. The only bad side in my opinion is the lack of play n go games from the list, otherwise a good selection of games. Big plus for customer service ! I have had positive experiences with customer service when I have asked about bonus conditions. I have to give a minus for not being able to find the bonus terms on the site, plus the lack of play gon games is a slight minus. Deposit was successful without any problems, no experience with withdrawals yet. I liked that there was a separate category for megaways games!
