The first customer service agent couldn't/wouldn't get it right and activate the account and first deposit bonus. Just asked me to delete the cookies and page history which I had already done. I closed the chat and reopened it. luckily I got a second customer service agent. I pointed out to him that there was no confirmation message in the email. Luckily for me the bonus was non sticky and when I got the garga pinks the withdrawal was instantly in my account. Customer service staff have been friendly and apologetic and have now put in a third request for an expedited withdrawal. There are plenty of games so there is definitely something for everyone's taste. When playing on mobile the site is great to say the least. I made a little profit and when I withdrew it worked very well. Withdrawal came really fast same day. Actually, I think it came right away, but I checked later about two hours later and the money was already in my bank account. I didn't have to send any documents for a small withdrawal either. Games maybe stuck a bit and pages crashed sometimes. The withdrawals took quite a while otherwise good and fast aspa. There is always some excuse to deny withdrawal requests and it starts all over again with all the waiting times. The withdrawal process is the slowest I have seen so far. I do not recommend! I got stuck with the bonus wagering and the aspa didn't help. I decided to cancel the whole bonus and lost my money. The games are good though and a wide variety. I didn't test the live casino side myself. Otherwise, just a basic good casino even though there is that one little handful. Deposits appear immediately in the game account and the games work flawlessly. No experience with withdrawals. Because of the casino's own hand, I also received a welcome bonus of 2e bet 10x20 freespins on reactoonz 2 game, although those freespins should have been 0.2e bet on wolf gold. At day 7 reactoonz 2 didn't work and I lost all free spins for that day. A few big garga 2 hits came with those 2e freespins but no withdrawals.
