I registered on the site and used the mrgamble bonus code to get my first deposit bonus using trustly which also usually works as authentication. I was impressed because the site has a good selection of games and when I opened a banned game it told me that I was not allowed to play that game, so no harm done. Finally I waded through the bonus and started to withdraw and found that the maximum was €500/day but I thought that was ok as the page said "trustly instant withdrawal", I was left waiting for the money which still hasn't turned up. I waited 3-4 business days + over the weekend then went to the chat room where I was told that the payment department was busy etc. After a week or so I went back to the chat which gave the exact same answer as last time. A few days after that I was asked for documents by email where I had to take a selfie with my identity certificate where I also showed the boaboa page in the background and the invoice, I submitted the documents and the next day got a confirmation that the documents were received for verification and the verification would take place within 3 working days but now it has been 4 working days+weekend and still no processing. In the chat I got the same copy&paste reply as before that there is a rush etc. but the review has progressed and was told to wait for more. It's starting to look like a scam as the money still hasn't moved. I have played at dozens of different casinos and a friend in my circle and I play at many different casinos and this has never happened before. A big plus at BoaBoa casinos was that you couldn't accidentally open/play banned games. Mr. Gamble's deposit bonus was also good! A big plus! There were problems with the withdrawal and the chat. At BoaBoa you can't make more than one 500e withdrawal/day and 3 withdrawal requests is the maximum you can be pulling at the same time. Withdrawal approval on BoaBoa was also slow. Personally, I was getting 1-2 withdrawals per week. The documents also had to be sent before they would approve the first withdrawal. The 6000e win took me a little over a month to get everything into my account. In the chat I always got the same copy&paste answers. Plus several reload bonuses, once a week different bonuses are sent by SMS. Positive feedback, however, for the very wide range of games and good bonus conditions. A good bonus is that you can't play a banned game, so you don't have to peek at the list all the time. But after trying it out, I found it works great on mobile. The account setup, though, was like wading through a swamp of forms.
