And they never know why but sometimes I wonder if it's Finland where you don't necessarily get all the bonuses luckily I didn't have time to deposit. In many casinos I have deposited first and then have not come to the bonus and when you try to tell them that I will not play here if you do not get a bonus so no withdrawal back when you have to wager once your share and then it usually pissed in it when you can not then win anything. I thought ok, and started playing some game, I think 20 spins. I used them and after that was looking to activate my bonus what should be credited somewhere as offer granted. As I didnt find the offer, I contacted live chat. Live chat told that this deposit was not counting as first (WTF?) and 100% bonus wont be credited. They offered to deposit one more time, but how can I deposit if I got tricked already. I even got email stating "Enjoy your time to the fullest - get another 100% Bonus" and this was last drop. Worked without problems but when depositing the page stuck and no money came in. Spent days fighting with customer service. I gave them everything they asked and they ticked everything as ok but the verification process was not over they are stalling for time for some reason it's been 3 days since i gave them everything they asked and they are not making my account verifying after ticking everything as ok .
