Not the first casino to say this, here when you take these bonuses you don't necessarily get a first deposit bonus on your account.

And they never know why but sometimes I wonder if it's Finland where you don't necessarily get all the bonuses luckily I didn't have time to deposit.

In many casinos I have deposited first and then have not come to the bonus and when you try to tell them that I will not play here if you do not get a bonus so no withdrawal back when you have to wager once your share and then it usually pissed in it when you can not then win anything.

Slow withdrawals ok amount of games for which 1 star. Customer service takes time and can't really get a proper answer to a question. one day max withdrawal only 500e and can only have 1 withdrawal which takes 1-5pv to process. so a bit bigger winnings can take a long time to withdraw

Good casino all in all, 500 euro I got out and the wagering was semi small. Lots of games and good welcome bonus. Fast withdrawal too, took maybe an hour. I give 5/5 for this cashier.

I disliked first and main thing what came unexpectedly. I deposited 75 EUR and stright away freespins offer jumped on my screen. I thought ok, and started playing some game, I think 20 spins. I used them and after that was looking to activate my bonus what should be credited somewhere as offer granted. As I didnt find the offer, I contacted live chat. Live chat told that this deposit was not counting as first (WTF?) and 100% bonus wont be credited. They offered to deposit one more time, but how can I deposit if I got tricked already. I even got email stating "Enjoy your time to the fullest - get another 100% Bonus" and this was last drop. Do not choose this casino, my personal experance was very poor and live chat unpolite.

I think the most terrible experience I've had in a while. Worked without problems but when depositing the page stuck and no money came in. Spent days fighting with customer service. Was not a second time on the page

I want to share my bad experience with this casino. I had an active withdrawal for over 15 days after the 10 days had passed they asked for verification . I gave them everything they asked and they ticked everything as ok but the verification process was not over they are stalling for time for some reason it's been 3 days since i gave them everything they asked and they are not making my account verifying after ticking everything as ok . I dont even know if im going to get my money at this point . I dont really know if its leggit casino at this point or a scam

My expectations for Buran help were high but the actual experience was different creative offers are nice but the lack of game fairness certification is concerning depositing with Mastercard was easy Jack Hammer was fun but overall the help needs improvement
