Once I had to contact aspa because the withdrawal had not arrived but that was also cleared up in 5 minutes and the reason was just the extended withdrawal time. about 2 hours after contacting aspa the withdrawal had arrived. There are a lot of games but there were some games missing that I like to play but it didn't matter. I have never deposited so many times at one casino as I did at this cashier. Aspa is also Finnish speaking so if you don't speak English you can also babble in Finnish. Mr Gamble Posted December 11, 2020 Author Share Posted December 11, 2020 Would like to start off by saying the customer service is quite well but there is a lot of flaws, to start with my expeirence I joined in November 2020 and was pulled in with the 500% bonus at the time I thought if I deposited $100 I would get to play with an additional $500 which is not true you have to play through $10, 000 using your own money to be able to get the bonus cash then once again wager the $500 never made it that far to start off they have it in the small terms explaining you have to do this but they know quite well that no body reads thoughs and that everyone thinks what I did that you would get to play with $600 then wager off of that so the first day I played through like $4200 I cant remember then I was determined to finish that by the next day when your offer is invalid which again isnt that advertised that you have 2 days to wager 10k so I login and have issues all day and I get an email saying that there would be some down time on the site which you mean all day? So I didnt even get to play the second day because the site was down which made me forfeit my bonus so I contacted support they said that "George" would look into this for me and I never heard back ever, so this is where this starts with Support, if you like to speak with support litterally everyday this is the casino for you, every single day I will receive an email saying sign in today and check out this game youll have free spins or sign in and there will be bonus money waiting for you so to be clear not once did this ever work every single day I sat on support for them to pass me around and tell me they would escalate it which it was fine at first but now I'm at like 6 bonuses I never received or never heard back from them about, so now to my current issue with depositing I made a deposit almost 2 weeks ago now and it is nowhere to be seen so I foolishly decided to try again today and what do you know? The terms and conditions of the sign-up bonus are worth reading carefully: you only get the bonus money after you have wagered a certain amount of your share. I read about the bonus myself, so I decided to make a raw deposit without the bonus. The deposit went really well. The casino has a great selection of games and all my favourites were there. The site worked without any major problems. I didn't make it to the withdrawal. Also this casino offers a lot of free spins and other bonuses after the first few games. I have also received free spins without a deposit, although these have not made it to the withdrawal stage. Without a first deposit bonus, a very nice and enjoyable gaming experience, I recommend!
