The casino has a really awesome welcome bonus, 100% non-sticky. There are not many casinos with a non-sticky bonus these days and I think that's a shame but understandable. NetBet has had the highest quality customer service I have encountered in my slots career. I have nothing bad to say about the casino in general and would recommend you to make an account with them if you like the non-sticky bonus. Withdrawals come within the agreed time (2-4 days). Of course, full marks go to the fact that the casino "forgot" to accept my withdrawal once and I had to wait for it for over a second week, otherwise everything has come in on time. Minus on the withdrawal side, you have to send details from the size of your socks to the dog food your hound eats to get your funds withdrawn, it also took a classy long time to get the withdrawal into your account. I suppose I'm used to the finer things in instant cash, where there is no annoying document sending and email hassle. The nonsticy bonus, on the other hand, is a plus. Mobile gambling has been stagnating and the whole site in general has been in need of a revamp for ages. From personal experience, deposits and withdrawals can be compared to government agencies. If you can withdraw money they require you to send in your bank statements, driving licences, debit cards and utility bills. Before and after the withdrawal is "pending" up to weeks before and after the submission of the above mentioned documents. According to the customer service, the files were confirmed but the withdrawal has not gone from "pending" status to nowhere for several days. According to my own experience, this casino is not worth touching even with a long stick, it seems to be "old-fashioned" for good reason compared to normal casinos where once after sending the driver's license / and debit card, the winnings have been in the account. In addition to the withdrawal had to add swift codes, bank name, etc. other confusion in order to get the withdrawal even started. In the end, the withdrawal was "pending" for weeks, after which the casino simply decided to cancel the withdrawal, citing "unsent documents". Worst casino experience by any measure.
