Nice when you spend 8 hours of your life spinning the bonus and think you can withdraw 945€--- only to find out you can only withdraw 140€! No one would deposit at that casino if they knew that. 35€ minimum deposit for the risk of losing it, a miserable payout.... I put the documents in the mail and the next day when I went to check my account I noticed that over 3500e had disappeared from my account. I went to Aspa to ask about the situation and they invoked the MGA lisess ("3520,63 eur less balance regarding T&C 63.4 A player with only 1 deposit may withdraw up to 15x the original deposit amount. All other winnings will be removed from the account upon withdrawal request.") I hadn't even made any withdrawal requests yet and they went to remove the extra contribution. I therefore complained directly to Risk, which I believe is the casino in question. aspa was 2/5 the english-finnish translator works like a train wreck... The casino itself offers not only a basic online casino, but also live casinos, scratch cards, and betting. The selection of casino games is adequate, although there are no big name providers such as Yggdrasil, ELK, Quickspin, Thunderkick, Big Time Gaming and Push Gaming. The bonus offered by MrGamble also further limits the number of providers, with only games from NetEnt, Play'N'Go, Pragmatic and Playson allowed when playing with the bonus, although these games are generally sufficient for the majority of players. In addition, there was no clear mention of banned games within these providers, so with caution I skipped the games that are generally banned, such as Wishmaster, Tower Quest etc.For a 100e deposit the player receives 200e bonus money, for a total of 300e, and the wagering is 40x deposit+bonus, which is quite large, but the size of the bonus itself attracts users to play at the casino. However, there are some minor quibbles with this; the deposit in question can only be used to withdraw 4x the amount deposited, according to section 58.3.3 of the casino's rules, which was not mentioned when the bonus was claimed. This rule was found when I went to the casino's general terms and conditions, which contain 64 different clauses, including intermediate clauses. The casino has no separate general terms and conditions for bonuses, which is a very big minus for players who like casino bonuses. I myself, for example, received a 3000e withdrawal, of which I actually only managed to withdraw 400e. Seems like a pretty heavy consideration for a €12,000 wager. The same goes for the 150%-199% (8x withdrawal on deposit), 120%-149% (10x), 100%-119% (15x) and 25%-99% (20x) bonuses.The customer service at the casino is fast and relatively understandable, although it's not worth even trying Finnish in the live chat as the conversation is automatically translated from English to Finnish using Google Translator. In addition, copies of every live chat conversation are sent to email, which helps the user to find answers to previously asked questions without further clogging up the live chat. The live chat is open from 09-01, so you can almost always get in touch immediately if you have a problem.Deposits to the casino are quick and easy. Skrill, Klarna, Trustly, Rapid Transfer and Neteller are all available, so there are plenty of options for depositing. Withdrawals, on the other hand, are already slower. The options for withdrawals are Skrill, Trustly, Neteller or Direct Bank Transfer. Withdrawals take 1-3 days per withdrawal, according to Aspa, and the withdrawal limit is only 1000e per day. In case of a good hit (raw deposit), it can take at worst more than a week to withdraw the full amount, which I find very slow when there are online casinos offering large withdrawals in minutes. The casino also gives a very bad impression at this stage if deposits are almost instantaneous, but withdrawals take days.Overall, for an MGA-licensed casino, Sven-Play is very poor due to its small game selection, slow withdrawals, lack of Finnish language support and, above all, cleverly hidden bonus terms. I actually screwed up the bonus redemption when it should have been selected before deposit, but that's fine. Now I have 35€ raw in my account, but none of the games will not work and the min. withdrawal is 100€. This is a wolf shit cashier. However, there are problems with bonus withdrawal which can be frustrating. I used MuchBetter for withdrawals, and while the Playson games are great, the bonus issues need fixing. I love how Spinomenal games are included because they keep things interesting. However, the lack of language options is a bummer. Withdrawing through Skrill is pretty smooth, but they should really work on expanding their language support. Overall, it's a decent platform if you can get past the language barrier.
