It took 2 days for the withdrawal to be approved even though the account was verified. the money was in the account 3-4 days after the request and nowadays you can almost demand that withdrawals take max 2 business days if it's hundreds. Customer service was not available via clivehat but had to be emailed which I found a bit frustrating. no further.
