First impression of the look and functionality of the cashier on mobile was pretty horrible, and some of the games only worked at bridging times. The casino resembles cadabrussia in appearance, and its cartoon theme and layout is not to my liking. However, the bonus allowed you to play snot tussle and doghouse mw, so the spins went through easily this time, and as I write this I'm waiting for a nice withdrawal. The confirmation message did not arrive and support support via email had to request it. After a couple of days of waiting, I tried to claim my first deposit bonus, but the deposit did not go through trustly, and the reason was not clear (never happened at any casino). My friend managed to deposit, but the first deposit bonus had to be requested again separately via support. I can't say anything about the withdrawal as I didn't see much winnings. I got a little profit and when I withdrew it worked very well. Withdrawal came really fast on the same day. Actually, I think it came right away but I checked later about two hours later and the money was already in my bank account. Say they didn't receive documents. They then are sent again. Again another problem. They must be unaware that emails can be saved. I'll be forwarding my correspondence with them to the Malta gaming authority because the practice of delaying payments although legal I suppose is completely anti customer especially also when the max withdrawal a day is 500 and they max you at 1500 total while being verified so you invariably chip.away at your profit and give it back. There's no block on a reverse withdrawal. The oldest trick in the book being employed by the new kid on the block. The money went in easily and the bonus was immediately available. I did not receive the withdrawal. I scrolled on my phone, I couldn't find the amount of spins anywhere, the games were easy to find when I searched the search box right at the top of the page. The games did not stutter or stall. After many hours of struggle I got my account verified but the next thing I knew the deposit was stuck... Customer service gave me a "sorry can't help" comment... 6h later still the same situation and the money somewhere in bit space. Otherwise it seemed that there are very nice gaming options, I haven't tried the cashout yet... Minus the fact that you can only withdraw 500 per day. Minus the fact that once you have made a withdrawal request then all the rewards you have achieved from level ups disappear like ashes in the wind. Minus the fact that once you have sent a withdrawal request, you have to wait three days before you are asked for documents and you can't download them anywhere. Minus the fact that after you have sent the documents and after a seven-hour wait, you go to ask how long it will take and are told that the Finance Department works from Monday to Friday, so in this case my withdrawal will be processed on Monday at the earliest and it is now Friday. So you should be prepared that your withdrawal will probably take a week if you get your money at all. The casino allows you to collect coins to buy bonuses worth between €10 and €30.
