blackpantheroldtownroad
I had a wager left and was casually doing my thing. Suddenly, all my balance disappeared, and I contacted customer support. They told me that I had played a game that was not allowed to be played with bonus funds and for that reason they nullified my balance. Isn't that just a straight up scam?? nationaltreasuregoldigger
Mate, that's rough. But did you check the T&C’s? Sometimes they hide those little bombs in the fine print like "don't play progressive jackpots with bonus coins" or something bonkers like that. blackpantheroldtownroad
Yeah, I skimmed through, but who reads all that, right? I thought I was being smart. 😅
narcosnow
That's the classic casino gotcha. They want you to slip up. Always a loophole somewhere. Did you snap at the support guy?
elementssubstitute
Well, if you have broken the terms then the casino has all the rights to take away your bonus funds, just the way casinos work. The rules are there for a reason.
breakawaywilds
It has happened to me also, just need to be more careful with the bonus terms. 2 hours ago, blackpantheroldtownroad said: I had a wager left and was casually doing my thing. crewlove1thing
Yall got to be careful with theses deposit bonuses. So many hidden rules that can ruin everything. Once they took my bonus balance because my bet per line was too high, ridiculous.

If you break the bonus terms, the casino is eligible to cancel your bonus funds.

PokerMaverick768
Ask customer support for a list of games that can or cannot be played with bonus balace. Easiest way of finding out.

It's just that there are some brands out there with wagering issues, I'd say, and most often than not, we're talking about unlicensed casinos in this context.
